Impact greenfield guards limited is a subsidiary of IMPACT GREENFIELD RESOURCES LIMITED, an indigenous private limited liability company incorporated in Nigeria on the 30th of June 2006, with a share capital of one million naira(1,000,000). Now raised to Thirty five million naira share capital(35,000,000).
Impact greenfield guards limited is a unique and dynamic company with potentials for provision of professional security services to commercials, private individuals, consultancy and government as may be required anywhere in the country. It is our policy that the security of life and property is not carried out on isolation.
We therefore, recognise the need to involve the other government security agencies like the Police and other armed forces in our process. This involvement is done on mutual recognition of the role,which any of these bodies could be called to play in terms of need.
In essence we promote professionalism in the security industry with regards to the protection of life and property/equipment invested upon for a better tomorrow.
Impact security services carries out its security strategy by way of preventive measures, which in essence, offers a better alternative in the security of life and properties. As such, the recruitment of security personnel is based on the initial selection of unquestionable character. To this end personnel screening is an important pre-requisite of our recruitment-cum security strategy.
To achieve the above strategy, personnels to be recruited into training are those whose character are attested to, by persons of repute in the social system. Such persons are made to undertake the guarantorship of the personnel to be recruited. This in eesence forms a sort of guarantee for our security strategy.
In addition, a code of practice for security staffs/personnels is drawn up and strictly monitored by the company through investigative personnels.
Our security professionals carries out careful studies of prevailing security problems in a given environment, before fashioning out strategies designed to containing the daily increasing threat to lives and properties.
It must be made known that our personnel are made up of dedicated and experienced retired officers of the CORE SECURITY ARMS OF GOVERNMENT, these men in addition to their wealth of experience have given basic industrial security awareness through our training school and certified. To this end, the personnels are trained to use initiative, vigilance, common sense and courage as will be expected or commended by the security operatives.
Our guards are given adequate training, the compulsory periodic basic security training course for intensive two weeks duration is designed for guards and they are examined at the expiration of the program, they're also properly briefed and neatly kitted before deployment to our client sites.
